Your membership includes two comprehensive HVAC tune-ups per year (one for A/C in the spring, one for heating in the fall), an annual electrical safety inspection, an annual plumbing inspection, an annual water heater flush and outdoor faucet freeze protection. You also get exclusive perks like a 5% discount on labor for all future services, priority “front-of-the-line” scheduling, and you’ll never pay an overtime fee for residential service calls.
This is not a restrictive long-term contract. We believe in earning your business every month. You are free to cancel your membership at any time with 30 days’ written notice. We make it simple and hassle-free.

That’s one of the best benefits of being a member! Just give us a call. Your call will be moved to the front of our queue for priority scheduling, and you will never be charged an overtime fee, even if you need us on a night or weekend.
The membership covers the cost of the diagnostic and maintenance tasks themselves. If an inspection reveals a necessary repair (like a worn-out part), that repair is not included. However, we will always provide you with a clear, upfront quote for the repair, and as a member, you will automatically receive your exclusive 5% discount on the labor portion of that work.
Yes! The TRUE Member Agreement can be transferred to the new homeowner, which can be a great selling feature for your home. Alternatively, if you move to a new home within our North Texas service area, we can transfer the agreement to your new address.
We believe your investment should never be wasted. If you cancel, we will calculate the value of the services you have received against the payments you have made. Please refer to our terms for specific details, but our goal is always to be fair and transparent.
